Course staff and Coursera staff routinely check the forums for common questions and bug reports; posting in the forums is the quickest way to be heard, and also invites other students to speak up if they are having similar difficulties.
If you are have questions or technical problems that cannot be resolved by visiting our support center or by posting in the Discussion Forums (such as problems logging into your account), you can contact us using the form below. Please be specific in describing your question or problem; for example, please list exact steps to reproduce a technical error and provide a link to the page on which the problem occurs. Please also include the exact text of any error messages that you receive.
